// To sum it all
Where to stay?
A must is almost to live in San Juan. That's where all the restaurants and shops are. Me and Siiri had a room at Sand 1 Hostel. However, there is no hostel as the name claims, it is a house with rooms. Clean, fresh and good shower. Some ants and spiders, but in otherwise a really nice place.
Where to eat?
Marco Polo - Really good pizza. The restaurant is owned by an Italian.
Baha Bar - cozy restaurant with reasonable prices. Had chickentacos which was good.
Luca Loko - good breakfast. Smoothie bowls, homemade yogurt and good coffee(!) on the menu.
Twenty4 - a good lunch place with good prices. Burgers, waffles, churros(!), chicken and a whole bunch of fresh juices and shakes on the menu.
Nowhere. If you want to party, Siquijor is not for you. The Baha bar has live bands, but it's no more lively than a good dinner with a couple of drinks. But if you like sun, swimming, beautiful views and a calmer pace, then Siquijor is absolutely wonderful. However, 24 hours are not enough. I will definitely come back.
